The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in the fixed and floating rate Euro-denominated corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities, and financial companies with a minimum maturity of 2 years. It invests in the high yield securities that are rated as between BB+ and CCC- by S&P, BB+ and CCC by Fitch, and Ba1 and Caa3 by Moody's. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx Euro Liquid High Yield Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
