USD Partners LP acquires, develops, and operates midstream infrastructure assets and logistics solutions for crude oil, biofuels, and other energy-related products in the United States and Canada. The Fleet Services segment provides leased railcars and fleet services related to the transportation of liquid hydrocarbons. As of December 31, 2021, it operated a fleet of 200 railcars.
