The fund will primarily invest in MBS that are issued and/or guaranteed by government-sponsored enterprises (each a “GSE”), such as the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). The fund will invest only in securities that are rated investment grade (that is, securities rated Baa3/BBB- or higher), or if unrated, determined to be of comparable credit quality by the Sub-Adviser.
