It also owns and operates retail property under the name Erawan Bangkok, and manages Ploenchit Center a luxury retail property adjacent to Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel, and manages Ploenchit Center. As of December 31, 2021, it owned 73 hotels with 9,807 rooms.
