KRANESHARES EMERGING MARKETS CONSUMER TECHNOLOGIESLOGY INDEX ETF

The investment seeks to provide investment results that track the price and yield performance of Solactive Emerging Market Consumer Technology Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the index, depositary receipts, representing such components and securities underlying depositary receipts in the index. The index is composed of the equities of the 50 largest companies by market capitalization that derive the most revenue from an Emerging and Frontier Market and classified as in the consumer or technology sector. It is non-diversified.
