The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, BlackRock Financial Management Inc., and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in fixed-rate, Euro denominated, corporate bonds issued by large-cap companies with at least one year to maturity. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid Corporates Large Cap Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Corporate Bond Large Cap UCITS ETF. iShares Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Corp Bond Large Cap UCITS ETF was formed on March 17, 2003 and is domiciled in Ireland.
