The Invesco S&P 500 UCITS ETF Acc aims to replicate the S&P 500 Index's net total return, after accounting for its own charges. This benchmark index encompasses approximately 500 major US corporations, covering about 80% of the total US stock market valuation. The fund achieves its objective by investing in a portfolio of stocks, which typically generates the majority of its returns, though these holdings are generally not identical to the constituents of the S&P 500. Additionally, the fund utilizes unfunded swaps, which are agreements with approved financial institutions to exchange the difference between the returns of its equity basket and the index. This hybrid strategy is designed to provide more accurate and consistent tracking of the index compared to relying solely on direct physical stock ownership. While the ETF targets the net total return index, its swaps reference the gross total return index. As the swap fees are calculated based on this gross return, the ETF's performance is often expected to surpass that of the net return index. Furthermore, the fund's Manager may receive an annual payment, up to 0.035% of the swap's notional value, from the swap counterparties to help cover some of the fund's expenses. This fee contribution does not impact the fund's Net Asset Value and does not impose any additional costs on investors. This ETF is managed passively. An investment in this fund represents the acquisition of units in a passively managed, index-tracking vehicle, rather than direct ownership of its underlying assets.
