Harvest Balanced Income & Growth Enhanced ETF Class A

The fund-of-funds seeks to replicate the Harvest Balanced Income & Growth ETF, a fund that invests in a portfolio of exchange-traded funds listed on a North American stock exchange, primarily those that are managed by the fund manager. These underlying funds hold large-cap stocks, investment grade bonds, or money market instruments issued by governments and corporations. Exchange-traded funds that engage in covered call strategies may also be included. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to maintain a long-term asset allocation of approximately 60% equities and 40% fixed income securities. The portfolio is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly. Overall, HBIE acts as an alternative fund, which is permitted to use investment strategies, including the ability to invest more than 10% of their NAV in securities of a single issuer, the ability to borrow cash, to short sell beyond the limits prescribed for conventional funds and to employ leverage.
