Evolve NASDAQ Technology Enhanced Yield Index Fund

The fund aims to replicate the performance of the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Adjusted Market-Cap Weighted Index. The market cap-weighted index provides exposure equity securities of technology companies from its parent index, capped at 10%. The index is rebalanced quarterly. To enhance yield, mitigate risk, and reduce volatility, the fund employs a covered call option strategy at the discretion of the manager. The fund may hold securities from the underlying index at approximately the same proportion or securities of ETFs with exposure to the same index. The fund manager may write up to 100% of the funds assets in covered call options at its discretion. The level of covered call options may vary based on market volatility and other factors, such as differences between the strike price and the market price of the underlying security at the time the option is written.
