It owns 49% interest in Baoding Pascali Broadcasting Cable Television Integrated Information Networking Co., Ltd. (joint venture), which operates a cable television network in the municipality of Baoding in PRC. As of December 31, 2004, the joint venture offered 39 channels within the city limits and 8 channels to outer areas in the Baoding metropolitan area. It transmits in both analog and digital over its fiber optic network, as well as through 22 substations IP broadband local area network, 1,310 analog backbone ring networks linking up the city, and 5 base transceiver stations.
