The investment seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays US Corporate 1-5 Years Total Return Index. To pursue its goal, the fund normally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its assets in bonds comprising the Bloomberg Barclays US Corporate 1-5 Years Total Return Index. The Bloomberg Barclays US Corporate 1-5 Years Total Return Index is designed to measure the market for investment grade, U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate, taxable corporate bonds with one to five years left to maturity. It is non-diversified.
