It operates in Singapore, Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and internationally. The company was formerly known as Huan Chew Oil Trading Pte Ltd. AP Oil International Limited was incorporated in 1975 and is based in Singapore.
