UNCOMMON PORTFOLIO DESIGN CORE EQUITY ETF

The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective of providing capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities. The investments of it are comprised of two different strategies managed by Portfolio Design Advisors, Inc. (the Sub-Advisor): a predominantly value strategy and a predominantly growth strategy. The fund's investments will be weighted by the Sub-Advisor between 40-60% to each strategy. Under normal market conditions, the advisor intends to invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities.
