The investment seeks to maximize long-term total return. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in a portfolio of fixed income securities. Its average portfolio duration will vary from between 0 to 10 years. It may invest a significant portion of its assets in securitized investment products, including up to 50% of its net assets in each of asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities. The fund is non-diversified.
