BMO Tactical Dividend ETF Fund

The fund seeks long-term capital growth and current income by primarily investing in a portfolio of ETFs that holds income-producing securities. The actively-managed fund uses a mix of fundamental and technical analysis to analyze market trends, and rotate underlying ETFs in order to capitalize on investment opportunities. The fund considers asset class and sector investments based on fundamentals and the economic and markets outlook, while technical indicators are used when implementing portfolio rebalances. Note that the fund’s target asset mix may be changed over time to reflect the active manager’s outlook for each asset class. As such, ZZZD may temporarily depart from its investment objectives by holding cash-like instruments, and/or derivatives, such as options, futures, forward contracts and swaps.
