The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the 10 highest dividend-yielding companies in each sector, selected from the 300 largest companies by market value in the WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Index outside the financials sector.
