The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large capitalization issuers. Equity securities include, but are not limited to, common stocks, preferred stocks, and securities convertible into common stocks, rights and warrants.
