Further, the company is involved in building material distribution; purchase and management of creditor's rights of financial institutions; and investment in bills and bonds. It operates 72 domestic branches and 4 foreign branches in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Singapore, as well as 4 representative offices in Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia. The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd. was founded in 1915 and is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
