TD Income Builder ETF

The fund seeks to earn income through an actively-managed portfolio of debt securities of government and corporate issuers located anywhere in the world. Such exposure may be obtained in one or more ways, and in any combination of following: (1) by investing other ETFs with income-generating potential, including those managed by TDAM, (2) by investing directly in debt and other income-producing securities, and/or (3) through the use of derivatives. The fund, however, primarily emphasizes the use of ETFs to gain its exposure. Also, at the discretion of the portfolio adviser, TPAY may dynamically shift allocations in fixed income and currency markets, and may also cash-like instruments if deemed prudent to do so.
