Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amounts of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of U.S.-listed companies. In pursuing the fund’s investment objective, the Adviser consults a database generated by Qraft’s AI Quantitative Investment System (“QRAFT AI”). Qraft created QRAFT AI to automatically evaluate and filter data according to parameters supporting a particular investment thesis. The fund is non-diversified.
