The Distribution segment offers electrical energy and gas distribution and sale services to commercial, industrial, and household customers, as well as e-mobility solutions. The company was formerly known as Polish Energy Partners Spolka Akcyjna. Polenergia S.A. was founded in 1997 and is based in Warsaw, Poland.
