The S&P 500 consists of approximately 500 leading U.S.-listed companies representing approximately 80% of the U.S. equity market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in securities, or derivative instruments linked to securities, of companies that are included in the fund’s reference Index. The fund is non-diversified.
