iShares Trust iShares iBonds 1-5 Year High Yield and Income Ladder ETF

LDRH is a passively managed fund-of-funds that provides exposure to USD-denominated, high yield and BBB-rated corporate bonds with staggered maturities over five consecutive years. The fund exclusively holds iShares iBonds High Yield and Income ETFs. The strategy involves rolling the nearest-maturing ETF each June and replacing it with a new five-year maturity ETF. During reconstitution, the underlying funds are also rebalanced equally. Market price fluctuations throughout the year may cause the holdings weights to drift, which are realigned at the next rebalance. LDRH offers an efficient solution for investors seeking consistent exposure to the ETF suite without the need for frequent rebalancing. Investments may include money market funds, cash, and cash equivalents. Up to one-third of the funds assets may be used for lending.
