The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of FLexible EXchange® Options (“FLEX Options”) that reference the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1 (the “Underlying ETF”). The underlying ETF is a unit investment trust that seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the NASDAQ-100 Index, which includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market based on market capitalization. It is non-diversified.
