As of 30 June 2020, its portfolio consisted of 215 shopping centres, leaders in their catchment area, valued at 6.2 billion euros. On September 18, 2017, Carmila joined the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate (EMEA Region) indices. On September 24, 2018, Carmila joined the Euronext CAC Small, CAC Mid Small and CAC All-tradable indices.
