The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in municipal securities that pay interest that is exempt from regular federal income tax. Municipal securities generally are issued by or on behalf of states and local governments and their agencies, authorities, and other instrumentalities.
