BNY Mellon Sustainable International Equity ETF

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of foreign companies that demonstrate attractive investment attributes and sustainable business practices. It invests principally in common stocks. The fund may overweight or underweight certain countries, companies, industries or market sectors relative to the MSCI EAFE® Index, the fund's benchmark index, which measures the equity market performance of developed markets, excluding the U.S. and Canada. It is non-diversified.
