Schwab Capital Trust - Target 2065 Index Fund

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in affiliated Schwab exchange-traded funds (ETFs). These underlying funds invest their assets directly in equity, fixed income, cash and cash equivalents (including money market funds) in accordance with their own investment objectives and policies.
