KRANESHARES SSE STAR MARKET 50 INDEX ETF

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the SSE Science and Technology Innovation Board 50 Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the underlying index and depositary receipts, including American depositary receipts, representing such components. The underlying index includes the stocks and depositary receipts of the top 50 companies by free-float market capitalizations that are listed on the SSE Science and Technology Innovation Board. It is non-diversified.
