CornerCap Fundametrics Large-Cap ETF

The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that invests primarily in equity securities listed on a U.S. exchange based on the results of a proprietary, quantitative research system Fundametrics® developed by CornerCap Investment Counsel, Inc. (the Adviser). Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of large-capitalization companies.
