The fund seeks to employ a tactical approach to invest in exchange traded funds that primarily invest in U.S. equity securities and by directly investing in U.S. equity securities of small, medium and large capitalization companies that are listed on U.S. exchanges. It may use volatility ETFs and ETNs along with inverse and leveraged ETFs and ETNs to hedge market exposure.
