The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the daily target. The index measures the performance of the front-month ether futures contract trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. In order to obtain inverse or “short” exposure, the advisor intends to enter into cash-settled ether futures contracts as the “seller.” The fund is non-diversified.
