The fund is market-cap-weighted and holds the constituents’ securities in the same ratio as they are seen in the index. It is designed for investors seeking a diversified portfolio delivering efficient exposure to the potential of emerging economies’ firms. Approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in each eligible country is covered in the index. Additionally, the index is reconstituted and rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
