The fund is passively managed to provide vanilla exposure to the healthcare sector. The index takes from a universe of large- and mid-cap developed market stocks. To be eligible for inclusion, companies must meet investability and liquidity requirements including a minimum market capitalization of $1 billion. The resulting portfolio is weighted by market-cap, with individual issuer weights capped at 2%. Holdings are rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
