Carmel and parts of Wabash County, Illinois; and residents and businesses in the villages of Allendale, Patton, St. Francisville, Bellmont, Keensburg, and Cowling, Illinois. Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co. was formerly known as Mt. Carmel Public Utility and Service Company and changed its name to Mt. Carmel Public Utility Co. in February 1946.
