Aygaz A.S., together with its subsidiaries, purchases and delivers liquid petroleum gas (LPG) to retailers for distribution to customers in Turkey. The company operates through three segments: Gas and Petroleum Products, Electricity, and Other. It also manufactures LPG cylinders, LPG tanks, valves, and other supplementary materials; and cylinder-hood sets and hoses, regulators, small cylinder gas devices, barbecues, and patio heaters. In addition, the company distributes LPG autogas, cylinder gas, and bulk gas; produces and sells LPG-operated devices; carries out LPG marine transportation activities; sells carboy water; and trades in fuel and lubricants through its autogas stations. Further, it engages in the delivery of natural gas to customers through pipelines; and liquefied natural gas to customers through cryogenic trailers. Additionally, it purchases, builds, rents, and operates vessels, which transports crude oil, petroleum products, liquid petroleum gas, natural gas and solid, liquid, and liquefied products; and generates, distributes, and sells electricity. As of December 31, 2021, it operated 8 hydroelectric power plants, 1 wind power plant, and 1 natural gas cycle plant with a total installed capacity of 436 MW. The company provides its services through 2,259 cylinder gas dealers; and 1,718 autogas stations. Aygaz A.S. was incorporated in 1961 and is headquartered in Sisli, Turkey.
