The fund seeks to exceed the total return of the Russell Midcap® Growth Index. It pursues its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in: (i) equity securities issued by companies that have market capitalizations within the range of companies in the index; (ii) investment vehicles that provide exposure to companies that have market capitalizations within the range of companies in the index; and (iii) equity derivatives.
