Under normal market conditions, the fund will pursue its investment objectives by investing in U.S. treasury securities and utilizing an option strategy consisting of purchasing and writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded call options, including Flexible Exchange options (“FLEX Options”), on the iShares iBoxx Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (the “Underlying ETF”). The fund is non-diversified.
