Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the mining and exploration of coal resources, and production and sale of raw and clean coking coal in the People's Republic of China. It primarily serves steel manufacturers. The company was formerly known as Fushan International Energy Group Limited and changed its name to Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited in May 2011.
