The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in FLexible EXchange® Options that reference the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF. The underlying ETF is an exchange-traded fund which seeks to track a quarterly reviewed index, the MSCI EAFE Index, designed to represent the performance of large and mid-cap securities across 21 developed markets, including countries in Europe, Australasia and the Far East, excluding the United States and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.
