The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is composed of common stock and depositary receipts issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies that comprise the medical devices industry, as determined by the index Provider. The fund is non-diversified.
