The company was incorporated in 1966 and is headquartered in Bursa, Turkey. Karsan Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S. is a subsidiary of Kiraça Holding A.S.

The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the index, depositary receipts, representing such components, securities underlying depositary receipts in the index and instruments. The index is designed to track the equity market performance of companies engaged in the production of electric vehicles or their components or in other initiatives that may change the future of mobility, as determined by index provider.
