LDRC is a passively managed fund-of-funds that provides exposure to USD-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds with staggered maturities over five consecutive years. The fund exclusively holds iShares iBonds Corporate ETFs. The strategy involves rolling the nearest-maturing ETF each June and replacing it with a new five-year maturity ETF. During reconstitution, the underlying funds are also rebalanced equally. Market price fluctuations throughout the year may cause the holdings weights to drift, which are realigned at the next rebalance. Investments may include money market funds, cash, and cash equivalents. Up to one-third of the funds assets may be used for lending.
