The Advisor attempts to achieve its investment objective of long term growth of capital by investing principally in a diversified portfolio of domestic common stocks. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities. Although the fund invests primarily in U.S. securities, it may invest up to 20% of its total assets in foreign securities, either directly or indirectly through investments in ADR.
