The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the BITA Medical Psychedelics, Cannabis, and Ketamine Index (the ?index?). The index is a rules-based index that tracks the performance of a portfolio of companies conducting legal activities under the national laws of the applicable country related to medical psychedelics, medical cannabis, cannabis pharmaceuticals and cannabidiol derivatives, and ketamine. The fund uses a ?replication? strategy to achieve its investment objective, it will invest in all of the component securities of the index in the same approximate proportions as in the index. It is non-diversified.
