In addition, it entered into an agreement to earn 50% undivided interest in the Iron Point Project located in Nevada; 70% interest in the Savant Lake gold property located in Thunder Bay, Ontario; 70% interest in the Ligneris property located north of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec; and 100% interest in the 325-hectare Fairbanks claim located on New World Island, Newfoundland, as well as holds interest in the Fuchsite Lake Gold Project that comprises 3750 hectares located in Fuchsite Lake Gold Project. Further, the company holds a 100% interest in the Leopard Lake Property covering an area of 7,383 hectares located to the northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
