The company is primarily focused on acquiring and operating a business in the consumer industry but may pursue opportunities in any sector or at any stage of corporate evolution. Its warrants (NPACW) began trading separately on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 16, 2025, with each whole warrant allowing the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share. No fractional warrants are issued.
