In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the trust will hold ether. The Trust will value its shares daily at 4:00 p.m. ET. The value of ether held by the trust is determined based on the estimated fair market value (“FMV”) price for ether, reflecting the execution price of ether on its principal market as determined by Lukka Inc., an independent third-party digital asset data company.
