WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust), formerly Hemaraj Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust's objective is to use the funds from the offerings, to invest in property leasehold rights and moveable property, generating benefit from such properties in which the Trust invest or possess. It offers additional investment in leasehold assets, which includes the lease of land with factories and warehouse buildings representing approximately 14 units in 7 projects from three companies. The Trust is managed by WHA Industrial REIT Management Company Limited (the REIT Manager).
