Further, the company has an agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Belcourt Gold property comprising 125 claims covering an area of 5,479 hectares situated near Val d'Or, Quebec; and the Rayon d'Or gold property that consists of two contiguous claims covering an area of 285.9 acres located in the east of the Val d´Or mining camp, Quebec.
